Catering

Here at Alison’s Kitchen we provide the full range of outside catering options – everything from weddings and funerals to corporate events and dinner parties - all with the aim of creating a stress-free dining experience where all you need to worry about is which of our extensive dining options to choose from!

As well as gluten-free options, we also offer vegetarian and vegan choices, and celebration cakes.

We offer finger buffets, afternoon teas – complete with vintage china if requested – and sit-down meals with two to three courses and can tailor bespoke menus to suit your specific requirements.

All food is delivered direct to your venue, and can be served if required.

Afternoon Teas

We all love an afternoon tea, there is something very comforting about scones and cream and jam, especially jam made from the berry capital of the world – Blairgowrie!

And with a selection of homemade quiches, sausage rolls, cream cakes, tray bakes and a tasty chocolate treat – all served on vintage china – what more could you want for an afternoon off?

Buffets

We have hot and cold buffet options with variations to suit all tastes and budgets, and can cater in both indoor venues and alfresco locations – including fields, gardens, village greens and town squares with no amenities!

Our cold buffet options include traditional favourites such as homemade quiche, sausage rolls and sandwiches while for our hot buffet you can choose from a selection of three dishes.

We know how busy corporate away days and events can be, and equally how important it is to take a break.

We can take the stress away from event planners and organisers by working with you to create a menu that suits your team.

Home cooked soup and sandwiches, accompanied by fruit platters, are a fantastic light lunch, perfect for those away days or team-building sessions.

Dinner Parties

As well as catering for large events, we are equally at home catering for smaller, more intimate gatherings, either in the comfort of your own home, or your holiday accommodation if you are staying in the area. We can also provide a full outside kitchen and service in almost any location, including fields and gardens with no amenities.

We can take care of everything from setting up the tables, the cooking and serving to clearing up, leaving you more time to relax with your guests.

Funeral Catering

Here at Alison’s Kitchen we are only too aware of how difficult a time it is when you lose a loved one.

We offer a respectful and sympathetic service designed to suit the needs of your family and friends. We understand that funerals are often planned at short notice and are here to help, tailoring menus from a range of different options such as hot or cold buffets or afternoon teas and catering for up 100 people

Private Lunches

Shooting and Fishing Parties

There’s nothing quite like a day in the hills or out on the water to work up an appetite, but who wants to be stuck cooking at the end of a long day in the fresh air?

Instead, why don’t you let the experienced professionals at Alison’s Kitchen take care of everything? 

We offer lunches or dinners for parties of 8 to 20 people and can provide a full outside kitchen and service in almost any location, including fields and gardens with no amenities.  We will set up the tables, do the cooking, serving and clearing up, leaving you more time to relax with your guests.

Shooting/Fishing Parties - £50 per person

Weddings

It’s the biggest day of your life and you want it to be perfect – and so do we!

Whether you’re celebrating with 10 guests or 100 we can cater to you and your family and friends’ every culinary need. We will discuss menu and service options with you in the run-up to your big day and as highly experienced outside caterers are adept at providing a full kitchen service in a range of different locations – everything from private homes and gardens to marquees in fields and community halls.
